The above fees include our call out charge and up to 1 hour of work; 95% of blockages are cleared within one hour; included in this price is the use of rods, high pressure jetting units and small mechanical machines where necessary, if the problem has not been resolved within the hour we will stop and ask you how you would like to proceed, we do this to ensure there is no hidden charges and that the customer is always aware of our progress and costs.
Please note our fixed fee applies to a single blockage or single drain run that does not classify as having sewer abuse issues such as baby wipes/fat or building materials inside (for clarity please see the Thames Water definitions of sewer abuse on our blog page or the internet) and also requires a nearby access point; for the more problematic/difficult jobs, additional runs or secondary blockages on the same site we offer our hourly rate charged at half hour intervals until job completion.
Please be aware our vehicles need to be within fairly close proximity of the blockage/problem in order to use the high pressure jets, in the case of restricted parking zones/routes it is necessary to have a parking space/permit available, if this is not possible the customer bears responsibility for any fines incurred.

The above fees include our call out charge and up to 1 hour of work; once our engineer arrives on site he will be able to give an estimated timeframe based on an initial site survey, this helps to provide a more accurate total cost for the job without the worry of hidden or spiralling charges.

Payment Terms
We are an instant payment service that requires payment upon job booking in all cases; only those with pre-arranged credit facilities are exempt.
Our office will be able to issue and invoice via email as soon as the job has been completed on our system.
Cancellation Charge
We require a 4 hour notice period to cancel any standard works already booked in, the charge for cancelling within 4 hours of the job start time is £50.00 (inc VAT).
