Absolutely fantastic service from this company and particularly Kevin who came out to unblock our drains. Honest guy, kept me up to date with arrival time etc with calls and really chatty bloke. Fast worker, job was done efficiently, quickly and professionally. Would definitely use PlumbJet again and recommend them to anyone with a drain problem. Transparent service and charging system. Hello, I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service I received yesterday. A man called Danny was sent to my address to clear a blocked drain. The problem turned out to be quite complex and and took a while to complete.Danny kept me advised all the way through and talked about options if the problem was severe. He was also concerened with keeping my costs to a minimum (very rare!). He eventually sorted the problem with hard graft and experience.I will be recommending your service to others and will certainly use your services again if needed.

Called him at 16:15. He was with us, having come right across London, by 17:30. Did a great job, clearing the storm drain of gunge and lifting manhole covers as need be to flush the whole system, all for £80. Very professional and would definitely use him again.

Had a straight forward conversation on the phone and confirmed the £80 fixed price on his website. Oliver turned up at the time agreed and sorted out the problem efficiently in about 40 mins. His approach was polite and friendly, and he explained what he was doing. I will certainly use him again and am happy to recommend him to anyone.

I found PlumbJet through Which? Local and called them out to clear a sewage drain. They arrived on time, cleaned out and flushed through the drain and removed the debris from the site, all for the estimated price of £80. The two operators were punctual and polite and were careful to leave our yard clean and tidy. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The guys (Kevin and his assistant) came within a day after my call and they spent 3 hours on the rain cleaning the drainage...Although, they got soaking wet, they did not stop until the job was done and myself as a customer was happy. Called them and within hours two charming guys turned up (having mobiled in their eta as they approached). The job was pretty grim and about 4 or 5 feet deep in blocked sewage. Job done in less than an hour and the whole problem solved. First class, honest and reasonably priced - therefore (in the drain clearing trade) an absolute gem. I will recommend to everyone I know

A blocked gully meant rain and other water was not flowing into sewer. Kevin and Nick arrived as expected and speedily unblocked the gully but saw the intercept chamber was also blocked. They pulled out a full large bucket of builders rubble, stones and shale to free the intercept and jet washed through in both directions until water was running freely. They cleared up after themselves and did a completely professional job for a very reasonable price. I've noted their Companies details to recommend to friends and neighbours in future. I can recommend them to anybody with drainage problems needing jet-washing services.

We had a blocked drain outside and the stench was unbearable as it was coming into the kitchen. I found this company's details on the Which local website. I rang at around 10.30 in the evening. The appointment was arranged for next day between 10.00 to 1200. Next day they even rang to let me know they were on their way to my address. They were very efficient - Michael the French guy and Kevin-found out what was wrong and fixed it in no time. Also gave tips to avoid the blockage happening again. I called Plumbjet in to clear the main drain which was blocked. One man turned up – on time – he inspected the drain and saw that the blockage had cleared itself. Rather than just charge the £80 call-out fee and leave, he proceeded to clean all the drains leading to the main drain. He cleared a lot of silt, scale and muck from the drains, cleared it all up before leaving. He charged the price the company quoted, and was clean and courteous. Would I use them again – Yes.

We used PlumbJet last year to clear a drain blockage and found them quick, courteous and efficient. We're currently in the middle of building work and found that the drain coming from our neighbour was blocked, so called PlumbJet on his behalf. As on the previous visit they were great, they did the work for the price quoted, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Sorry to Kevin's French assistant for assuming he was Polish. LOL.

Called Plumbjet to clear a blocked drain. They arrived within the hour and did a very thorough job quickly and effeciently. The £80 charge was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Kevin and his excellent assistant Mickael from Plumbjet came to clear 2 long-standing blockages, one in the toilet and the second in the shower. Despite previously calling in "drain experts" to do the job, we kept getting recurrring blockages.There is no comparison with the quality of work and professionalism delivered by Kevin to men who've previously attempted to clear our drains. Kevin loves his job and immediately identified the cause of the toilet blockage, clearing it with a high pressure water jet quickly, thoroughly and expertly, charging £80. He saw a rodding eye was missing and fitted one for an additional £20.The second blockage in the shower was more involved as the pipes were under the floorboards and very narrow, but with the specialised equipment and experience, Kevin persisited until he cleared it. This cost £80. Mickael did a thorough job clearing a gully and this cost £20. I also had a blocked soak-away that Mickael and Kevin opened up, much to my delight as the patio was flooding when it rained and for this they did not charge. The £200 fee was worth every penny and I was given a 1 month guarantee for the work. I cannot recommend Kevin and Mickael highly enough as they are an excellent team who do a professional, thorough and expert job on drain clearance.

Excellent service - I will recommend them to friends. They rang to let me know their arrival time and laid down sheets to protect our carpets; as the only access was through the house. The problem was a drain at the side of the house taking waste water from the kitchen and bathroom, which had been blocking on and off for about ten years. The Plumbjet guys cleared the trap, jetted the drain and found there was old cement, scale, fat, and debris, including wood. They carried on down the drain to an inspection cover, cleaned the trap at the inspection cover and bagged up the debris before they left. They cleared two blockages, including some they had to chip out. They only charged £120, which I think is very good value for money and they checked the whole system and made sure they left it all in working order before they left - excellent.
