Hi! We are PlumbJet (London) Ltd. a drainage company based in Enfield, North London and registered in England. We deal with drainage emergencies as well as any drainage issues for our customers, both residential and commercial, based in and around London, Covering all areas within the M25.

Our aim is to provide our customers with a stand out, honest service for any and all drainage needs. We clear any drain blockages, produce CCTV camera surveys accompanied by a written run down if necessary. We can provide information and quotes on corrective works and have a team full of experience at hand, ready to carry out any such tasks. We offer drain jetting/cleaning services, drain maintenance agreements (6 monthly/yearly). We can also provide a vacuum tanker service should this be required. All for the residential and commercial requirements of our London customer base.

A majority of our business is in blockages, due to this all of our vans and engineers are fitted out with all the equipment they could need to clear even the most stubborn of blockages and better yet ITS ALL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE QUOTED!

We have multiple options of CCTV survey services available. Using our specialist camera equipment and highly experienced operators to provide a detailed breakdown of any issues that you may or may not have, providing suggestions and quotations on any corrective works that may be necessary.


Pricing Policy

Keeping our pricing as transparent as possible is something we pride ourselves on. Hidden charges are a thing of nightmares! So, we aim to notify our customers of any changes to the quoted amount and seek confirmation from them directly before going ahead with any additional works. There’s nothing worse than being presented with a bill that grew from a fair amount to a financial pain!

Complaints Procedure

Complaints received via E-mail

  • We will call you to notify you that we have received your complaint, we will then have a short discussion and take note of any extra details of the complaint/issue.
  • Following this conversation we will gather the information necessary from the relevant person/s here at PlumbJet .
  • Once all information regarding the issue has been collected we will put together a report containing the information given to us by both parties.
  • This report will be sent to the managing director for review.
  • Upon review the managing director will make a decision as to how to resolve the issue and proceed accordingly.

Complaints received via Telephone

  • We will have a short discussion with you and take note of any details of the complaint/issue.
  • Following this conversation we will gather the information necessary from the relevant person/s here at PlumbJet .
